The 8 Movements of Yantra Yoga (online)
This unique series of movements and postures combined with conscious breathing helps to purify, strengthen and harmonize the body’s energy so the mind can find its authentic balance. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health and relaxation through breath and movement.

An 8-week course on Tuesdays via Zoom
8:30am Pacific, 11:30am New York, 12:30pm Argentina, 5:30pm Paris
Taught from GMT -7 and in November from GMT -8
Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes

$10 per class donation remitted to Dzogchen Community West Coast
